灵敏度检测（1 Step RT-PCR）


【方法】
以不同量的HL60 total RNA为模板，以428 bp的GAPDH基因为目的基因，进行1 Step RT-PCR反应检测灵敏度。

PCR反应条件
50℃ 30 min.
94℃ 2 min.
↓
98℃ 10 sec.		30 or 40 cycles
55℃ 15 sec.
72℃ 30 sec.

【结果】
起始total RNA量为10 pg(30 cycles)或1 pg(40 cycles)能够检出目的片段。
