Anti-CD3 antibody is used in proliferating T lymphocytes. Among many clones, the clone "OKT3" is most popularly used. Anti-CD3 mAb GMP grade is manufactured as a quality- assured product, according to guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Investigational Products. No animal- or human- derived components were used for manufacture of this product. This product can be used for ex vivo cell culture processing and is limited to investigational use only.

[Storage Buffer]
Phosphate- buffered?saline( PBS), pH7.4, with 200 ppm polysorbate 80.
 
[Quality]
- With the exception of mouse hybridoma cells, we do not use any human- or animal-derived materials during the production of Anti-CD3 mAB GMP grade.
- Endotoxin; <5 EU/ml as determined by kinetic Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay.
- Manufactured according to relevant GMP guidelines.

Shipping at －80℃
Store at or below －70℃
 
[Application 1]
CIK ( Cytokine- induced Killer) cells expansion by stimulation with Anti-CD3 mAb GMP grade and cytokine.
 
PBMCs were stimulated with Anti-CD3 mAb GMP grade, IFN-γ, IL-1α and IL-2 for 5 days. After stimulation, activated lymphocyte were diluted with medium and cultivated for 9 days. Figure shows expansion fold on day 5,7,9,12 and 14.
 
[Application 2]
Co-stimulatory effect of Anti-CD3 mAb GMP grade and Retronectin in T-lymphocyte expansion.
 
PBMCs were stimulated with pre-coated Anti- CD3 mAb GMP grade or pre- coated Anti- CD3 mAb GMP grade and Retronectin for 4 days. After stimulation, activated lymphocyte were diluted with GT-T551 medium and cultivated. Figure shows expansion fold on day10.
