PrimerArray系列RT-PCR Primer
(用于Embryonic Stem Cell和iPS Cell高通量筛选)
PrimerArray Embryonic Stem Cell array是一套完整的realtime RT-PCR primer set,用于通过基因表达分析的方法来高通量筛选胚胎干细胞(ES)和诱导干细胞(iPS)。根据ISCI(the International Stem Cell Initiative International)公布的标准,本产品包含了关键的反映干细胞全能性的基因系列(小鼠+人)。在realtime RT-PCR高通量筛选干细胞时,本产品可以大大节省时间并大大降低由于繁琐的操作易导致的实验失败。 PrimerArray Embryonic Stem Cell array包括88个与干细胞全能性有关的基因,以及8个内参基因(housekeeping gene)。使用本产品对比目标样本和对照样本的基因表达情况时,样本间的基因表达差异以相对定量的形式给出。为方便分析,客户可以从clontech.com下载专用的分析工具PrimerArray Analysis Tool Ver. 2.2。

Pluripotency-related gene expression was compared in the human ES cell lines KhES-3 in different stages of differentiation using PrimerArray Embryonic Stem Cells (Cat. # PH016). RNA was prepared from cultured ES cells at an early passage (early), at a late passage (late), or after differentiation (diff). Expression data from KhES-3 cells obtained from microarray analysis and the PrimerArray data were highly correlated, as shown in this figure.
