| 酵母基本培养基/Synthetic Defined (SD)预混型 |
| ■ 制品说明 |
| 酵母基本培养基和synthetic defined premixes (SD) 是用一次性铝箔袋包装的，使用非常方便。使用时仅需要将袋中的所有组分倒入三角瓶或培养瓶中，加入0.5 L的dH2O，然后灭菌即可。不需要单独称量，无需混合，也不需要调整pH值。 · With or Without Agar 所有的基本酵母培养基混合物都有包含琼脂和不包含琼脂两种可供选择。 · Minimal Media Synthetic defined (SD)液体培养基和Synthetic defined (SD)添加琼脂的培养基中都含有碳源（葡萄糖）、氮源和氨基酸。在每个特定的SD混合物中，已经去掉了相应的氨基酸。例如，SD/-Leu/-Trp包含除亮氨酸和色氨酸之外的所有必需氨基酸。 |
